We are a group of individuals, including local leaders, businesses, volunteers, and community members, who organize and host community events. We support important causes in Newaygo County, such as suicide and drug prevention and family-focused initiatives. We bring the community together for a day of entertainment and activities while also raising funds and awareness for critical issues.

Our mission is to bring the community together, while raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.

Our history

From modest beginnings, we've grown through unwavering dedication and a commitment to improving our community. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of integrity. We're passionate about what we do, and we're excited to share our story with you.

Our founder Mike McDowell has been an active resident in Newaygo County for over 35 year and respectable business owner. When his children were younger he volunteered with the 4-H program for 6 years, and becoming a leader for 4 of those years. During his time as a leader he was able to organize and successfully plan multiple fundraisers to help the children in our community. He received the Alyce Kemp Dewitt award from United Way for his volunteer work with the children of the 4-H program. Then in 2023 he held a customer appreciation firework show and it suddenly clicked this is what our community needs: TOGETHERNESS.
